People are thinking, feeling, moving, relational, and spiritual beings. If one of these areas becomes disrupted it has an impact on all areas. In this view, therapy is an opportunity to bring air to the patterns and conditions we experience in a supportive way. We approach our clients from a person centered integrative mental health perspective.
We believe each person is naturally healthy and whole and already possesses the necessary resources to create the shifts and changes they would like to see in their lives.
Through collaboration with our clients we look into daily experiences that include relationships, exercise, patterns of thoughts and feelings, eating and sleeping habits, and the impact they have on mind and body. We then develop meaningful and substantive approaches in order to help our clients live according to their values in health and wellness.
